The building at Mariahilfer Strasse 47 in Vienna's 6th district was built in 1911 by Rudolf Demski.The building complex, which consists of three components, has a total usable floor space of 16,000 m².
Its location overlooking Vienna's most popular shopping street and a public thoroughfare is ideal for both customers and tenants. Used primarily as a residential building, it also houses a medical practice and retail units.
A new corporate identity was developed for this historic building, right in the heart of Mariahilferstrasse, as well as a new marketing concept.
