Between the S-Bahn station Munich-Riem and the trade fair city Riem, the new campus park in the central region of Munich is being built on an area of almost 39,000m² in Munich-Aschheim.
On 69,400m² of floor space, the opportunity is opening up to implement an innovative campus concept that responds adequately to the high demand pressure on the Munich office property market and offers correspondingly good marketing opportunities.
A Campus Park is being built on the previously undeveloped site, which meets all the requirements for future-oriented, modern working.
